Returns

At soyfa.ae, we believe shopping should always be effortless — and returns should be just as easy.

We offer a 14-day stress-free return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The sofya.ae tag must remain attached and intact

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • The item must not be customized or altered
    (e.g., abayas with adjusted length)

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us, it will be reviewed and processed within 2–4 business days.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • A confirmation email will be sent

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color

  • Follow the return process and place a new order once approved

  • Direct exchanges are only offered for:

    • Defective items

    • Damaged items

    • Incorrect items

For defective or incorrect items, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • A brief description

If eligible, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Return shipping is free only if the item is defective or incorrect

  • Use a trackable shipping service

  • Keep your shipping receipt

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
