Sizing & Customization

Sizes are offered as XS, S, M, L, XL.

If tailoring or fit notes are provided at checkout, the item may be considered customized.
Customized or altered items (including adjusted lengths) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing and tailoring notes.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.

Payments must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–5 business days for local orders

  • 10–30 business days for international orders

(Excluding weekends and public holidays)

Orders placed outside business hours (10 AM – 5 PM) or during weekends will be processed the next working day.

Shipping timelines may vary during high-demand periods such as holidays or sale events.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Sale items, customized products, gift cards, and final sale items are non-returnable

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
